As everyone else's jaws dropped from the ridiculousness of 2015's presidential race, rapper, From Backwards, made a decision to use his creativity to make a stand. “Trump in the Trunk” is his 10-track album that is packed with entertaining rap music, witty political satire, and wacky Trump punchlines.

This is far from just another rap album... This is a movement! “Trump in the Trunk” is for everybody who has been scratching their heads, wondering how'd this idiot become USA's 45th President. From Backwards makes it very clear on each song that he is not a fan of our current President. Listen as From Backwards rocks funny remixes of hiphop classics while totally clowning Trump. Songs like 2Pac's “Brenda's Gotta Baby”, turns into “Trumpy Has Baby Hands” and Digital Underground's hit “Humpty Dance” turns into “Trumpty Dance”. From Backwards speaks about the making of his new project in-depth on his recent interview with USA Blog Network:

Broccoli Tree. This is far from just another rap album... This is a celebration of life, love, and music! Vermont mc, Jibba The Gent releases his 1st solo album titled, “Broccoli Tree”. This 15-track project is designed to be a work of art that tells Jibba's life story. The substance and content on the project is so strong, because he strategically plans every song out before it is recorded. There are many gems on “Broccoli Tree”. On intro song, “Chosen” a highly emotional, Jibba, shares dark moments over a powerful, cinematic track. “Planes” is a radio-friendly 420 party starter that is as fun as it is potent. “Maple Syrup” is an incredibly Vermont hiphop anthem that uses metaphors and clever wordplay to keep the audience engaged. Listen all the way though as Jibba communicates deep thoughts with his signature slick, uptempo flow over soulful production. Now that Jibba The Gent has delivered the "Broccoli Tree” there's only one thing to do... Roll that, light that, pass that! King Wayz covers a lot of ground in his reflective and motivational new record “Fan Of A Fan” It is clear that Wayz has been through a lot. The themes on this record are explored in great detail and he transitions from one struggle to the next flawlessly. From growing up broke, doing jail time, family issues, and fake friends turned snitches there is a lot being said in less than four minutes. “The crips took me in, my momma kicked me out” Wayz raps to this hard hitting, bass heavy instrumental. As he looks back on the past he doesn’t dwell in his sorrows but rather uses his struggles as motivation. A lot of rappers in Wayz position use their credibility as an opportunity to glorify the streets but Wayz is using his platform to inspire, he even provides a bridge at the end of the song where he stops rapping and talks to the listener urging them to keep their heads up, stay devoted, stay focused and stand for something. Wright Xang Films also does an amazing job of capturing the essence of King Wayz narrative in the video by not only displaying the flashy jewels and the Mercedes Benz but also showing the struggle of being broke with shots of Wayz sitting in an empty room with nothing but an air mattress and a small TV. Wayz can be seen giving out food to the people in the neighborhood throughout the video which is also a good compliment to his narrative, it is clear that King Wayz wants to be an inspiration. Wayz has announced that his mixtape “Family No Friends” is on the way so expect more magic like “Fan Of A Fan” coming from the Minnesota emcee soon.
